Depending on the delivery method you choose, your order will reach you within 1 – 3 working days in Lithuania and 3 – 7 working days in other countries.
When will I receive my order if the product is out of stock?
As we produce a variety of handmade wool products, from gloves to coats, it is difficult to predict exactly how long it will take to produce and deliver your chosen item.
In most cases, it can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks from the time the order is placed.

We also accept pre-orders. You can order a product for a specific date and avoid delays.

Will the custom-made product be identical to the product shown on the website?
All A.S.Felt products are handmade, so the final product of each individual order will be similar to the product shown on the website, but never identical.
Every product you buy will be unique and exclusive, which is why we give you the opportunity to choose the size and colour of the product.
